Change the encoding of the product matrix file
All popular encodings are supported. Additionally, the encoding change is specified within the file structure, if the file format allows for it.
Changing the encoding is useful when:
- You need to upload a file, but your CMS doesn't support the required encoding of the product feed.
- The product feed has encoding errors, and some data is not readable.
- The product feed header and its encoding contradict each other.
- You are exporting products, but your system cannot prepare product feed files in the required encoding.
